Every tap at Flansk is a small-batch experiment built on serious brewing foundations — unexpected ingredients, barrel finishes you didn't see coming, and flavor profiles that have no business working as well as they do. Come in. Drink something you've never tasted before. Actually want to finish it.

One-off batches
Flansk started as a late-night experiment between brewers who knew the rules well enough to break them deliberately. Every release is rooted in serious brewing tradition — then taken somewhere it hasn't been before, through barrel finishes, global seasonal infusions, and ingredient pairings that have no business tasting as good as they do. Nothing leaves the tank unless it makes us stop and reconsider what beer can be. The result is a tap list that changes constantly, tells a story every time, and never repeats itself.
Every pour has a story. Most of them won't be repeated.

A close-up of a bartender's hands pouring a deep amber barrel-aged ale into a tulip glass at Flansk's taproom, condensation forming on the outside of the glass, warm low lighting in the background

A flat-lay of unusual brewing ingredients arranged on a dark slate surface — dried hibiscus, toasted cardamom pods, charred oak chips, and a small jar of saffron — representing the global flavor inspirations behind a Flansk limited release

Two people in their early thirties leaning over a high wooden table at Flansk, reading a small printed release card next to their beers, mid-conversation and visibly engaged — not performing enjoyment, actually having it

A row of stainless steel and oak barrels stacked in Flansk's dimly lit aging room, each marked with handwritten chalk labels indicating batch codes and experimental ingredient notes
If you're new to Flansk, here's what most people want to know before their first visit.
Never intentionally. The tap list rotates constantly, and many of our releases are one-time experiments that won't be brewed again. If you visited last month, you're walking into a different lineup today. That's not a bug — it's the whole point.
The tap list changes. The address doesn't. Stop in, ask questions, and drink something worth talking about.
