Small-batch experiments built on serious brewing — unexpected ingredients, barrel finishes you didn’t see coming, and flavors that have no business working this well.

01The Story

Born after hours. Built on something real.

Flansk started as a late-night experiment between brewers who knew the rules well enough to break them deliberately. Every release is rooted in serious brewing tradition — then taken somewhere it hasn't been before, through barrel finishes, global seasonal infusions, and ingredient pairings that have no business tasting as good as they do. Nothing leaves the tank unless it makes us stop and reconsider what beer can be. The result is a tap list that changes constantly, tells a story every time, and never repeats itself.

Our Products

What we offer

Smoked Miso Porter

Flagship

A robust porter brewed with house-fermented red miso and cherrywood-smoked malt. Umami-deep and faintly savory, with a long cocoa-and-campfire finish.

$9

Hibiscus Saison

Seasonal

Bright, dry, and lightly tart. This farmhouse saison is steeped with whole hibiscus petals for a crimson pour and notes of cranberry, white pepper, and citrus zest.

$8

Charred-Oak Barrel Ale

Barrel-Aged

Rested eighteen months in heavily charred oak barrels, layering vanilla, toasted coconut, and dark caramel over a silky amber base.

$12

Cardamom Wild Farmhouse

Wild Ferment

A wild-fermented farmhouse ale conditioned on green cardamom and orange peel. Funky, floral, and impossibly drinkable.

$10

Saffron Golden Sour

Limited

Kettle-soured golden ale finished with hand-toasted saffron threads — delicately tart, with honeyed stone-fruit aromatics and a sunlit hue.

$11

Toasted-Oak Imperial Stout

Big & Rare

A 12% behemoth rested on toasted oak spirals. Bittersweet chocolate, espresso, and a warming vanilla-bourbon backbone.

Don't take our word for it

Regulars, not influencers.
The pilot system here turns a wild idea into a finished pour in under two weeks. I have never followed a tap list that evolves this fast — every visit there is a beer I have never had before.

Marcus Reyes

Homebrew Club Lead

Their smoked miso porter ruined every other porter for me. Whatever that small-batch rig is dialed into, it pulls flavors out of the grain I did not know beer could hold.

Dana Whitfield

Taproom Regular

I tour breweries for a living, and Flansk’s barrel program is genuinely next-level. The charred-oak ale had a depth you usually only find in barrel houses ten times the size.

Priya Anand

Beer Writer

You can taste the obsession. Each batch is fine-tuned on that experimental setup and never brewed the same way twice, so the beer is always a little smarter than the last.

04Before You Visit

Questions Worth Asking

If you're new to Flansk, here's what most people want to know before their first visit.

  • Never intentionally. The tap list rotates constantly, and many of our releases are one-time experiments that won't be brewed again. If you visited last month, you're walking into a different lineup today. That's not a bug — it's the whole point.
